Intro to Sucralose


Sucralose is a high-strength sweetener with a molecular formula of C12H19Cl3O8. High stability, stable to light, heat and PH. It is very soluble in water, methanol and ethanol, and slightly soluble in ether.

Use of Sucralose


As a Food additive:

Sucralose is a sweetener, its sweetness is 600 times that of sucrose, pure sweetness and taste like sugar, free water solubility and high stability. At room temperature, it is the most stable of all sweeteners in a solution with a pH of 5. It is highly stable and can maintain its sweetness during high-temperature cooking and baking. It has a low calorie value and does not increase blood sugar, especially suitable for diabetic patients. Will not cause tooth decay. It is easy to mix with most sweeteners to get the ideal synergistic effect.
